Instructions for shop collections

All shop pickups must be ordered in advance via the internal login on this online shop.

Here's how the new process works:

1. Login
   Log in to the internal area of the TU Darmstadt online shop:
   tu-shop.de/Mein-Konto 

2. Select items
   Place the desired products in the shopping cart. 

3. Complete your order
   Proceed through the order process until the "Payment & Shipping" step and select the "Pick-up on site" option.
   
   Note: No shipping costs will be charged.
   
   
4. Pick-up on site
   After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
   You can collect the items at the shop with this order confirmation.
   
   
5. Invoicing
   The invoice will be sent to you separately via email as usual.

   Note: A minimum order value of €25 applies.

Do you need larger quantities that cannot be ordered through the shop?
If you require larger quantities that are not available via the shop, please contact:
